The plumbing you have depends on where you live. Royal Palm Beach, the Village where our business address sits at 9100 Belvedere Rd, 33411, is mostly on county water and sewer. The towns nearby are quite different.

Wellington is a Village southwest of us with equestrian estates, canals and homes from the 1980s through the 2000s. Wellington Utilities serves most properties there. Loxahatchee Groves is a rural town to the west, where the Town itself does not provide water or sewer service and most homes rely on private wells and septic systems.

Loxahatchee and The Acreage is a large unincorporated area to the north, mostly acre-size lots. Many homes there also use wells and septic systems, and swales carry rain to canals. That affects everything from water pressure to sewer calls.

Even inside Royal Palm Beach, the provider can change. Palm Beach County Water Utilities serves most of the Village, but the Village says addresses south of Southern Blvd are served by Wellington Utilities. If you are not sure, check your bill or call the county utility at (561) 740-4600.
