About us

Who we are

Royal Palm Beach 24/7 Plumbing is a call-based service for homeowners and small businesses. We do not run a showroom or sell plumbing by form. We take the call, understand the problem and send a plumber who is licensed and insured.

Our business address is 9100 Belvedere Rd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. We dispatch and serve the area, and we do not claim to have trucks parked in your neighborhood.

The process

How a call works

  1. 1

    You call the 24/7 line

A dispatcher answers and asks what is happening, where you are and whether the water is off.

  2. 2

    We match a plumber

Drains, water heaters, leaks and sewers need different tools. We match the job to the right plumber.

  3. 3

    You hear the price

The plumber explains the cause and gives a clear price before work starts. You approve or decline.

  4. 4

    The repair

Work is completed, the area is left tidy, and you are told what was done and whether a permit is needed.

Limits

What we do not do

We do not promise arrival times, because traffic, weather and call volume change them. We do not publish prices online, since a price needs a diagnosis. We do not take requests by form, and we do not hide fees.

We also do not ask you to trust us blindly. Everything we say about licenses can be checked on a public state website.

Check for yourself

How to verify any plumber

Visit MyFloridaLicense.com and choose Verify a License. Search by name, business or license number. In Florida, contractors are licensed by the Construction Industry Licensing Board under Chapter 489.

Do this for any plumber you hire, whoever they are. A legitimate plumber will give you a license number without hesitation.

First call

What to expect on a first call

The dispatcher starts with the basics: your street address, a callback number and what you can see. Water, smell, sound and the age of the fixture all help. You do not need to know the plumbing term for it.

Next come a few safety questions. Is water near outlets or the electrical panel, and can you reach the main shutoff? Is sewage involved? The answers decide how urgent the visit is and which tools the plumber brings.

We then tell you what happens next. That includes whether a same-day appointment is available, which depends on the schedule at that hour.

While you wait

What to do before the plumber arrives

Steps that limit damage

These steps are safe for most households and often save the most money.

  • Close the main water valve, usually near the meter or where the line enters the house
  • Switch off the water heater breaker or gas control if the tank is leaking
  • Move rugs, electronics and paper away from the wet area
  • Take photos of the damage for your insurer
  • Open the gate and put pets in another room

If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 first. A plumber is the second call in that situation.

Pricing

How we talk about pricing

A fair price starts with a diagnosis, so we do not post numbers online. What moves the cost is the cause of the problem, how hard it is to reach, the parts needed and the hour of the call. Permits can add to a job too.

What we commit to is simple: you hear a clear price before work starts. If the plumber finds something different once a wall or floor is open, the new scope and price are explained before the work continues.

Honest limits

The limits of a dispatch line

A phone line cannot see your pipes. We can guess from your description, but only the plumber on site can confirm the cause. Sometimes the answer differs from what the phone call suggested.

We also cannot promise a specific arrival time, a permit outcome or an insurance decision. Your insurer decides what it covers, and the Village building department decides what a permit requires. We can tell you which office to call.

Coverage

How coverage works across five areas

We serve Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Loxahatchee Groves, Loxahatchee and The Acreage. The first two have municipal water and sewer in most neighborhoods, while many homes in the others rely on private wells and septic systems. That changes the tools and the questions.

Wells and septic jobs bring up pumps, pressure tanks and drain fields, which are part of water softener and filtration and sewer questions. Town homes on public sewer more often need drain cleaning or leak detection for slab and meter problems.

Each area has a dedicated page: Wellington, Loxahatchee Groves and Loxahatchee and The Acreage.

FAQs

About our dispatch line

Are you a plumbing company or a dispatch service?

We are a dispatch line that sends licensed, insured plumbers. You deal with us by phone, and the plumber explains the work on site.

Do you have a showroom?

No. The address is a dispatch location. Please call before coming by.

Can I see the plumber's license?

Yes. Ask for the license number, then verify it at MyFloridaLicense.com before work begins.

What does the dispatcher ask me?

Your address, a callback number and what you see. Then a few safety questions about water near electrical items and whether the main valve is closed.

Do you quote prices on the phone?

We explain what drives the price, and you hear a clear price before work starts. A firm number needs a diagnosis, which only the plumber on site can make.

Will a permit be needed?

Most work in the Village of Royal Palm Beach needs a building permit, but rules vary by job and town. Call the Village building department at (561) 790-5128 before replacing a water heater or repiping.
